B to the B

Butch Walker and Others

Last week I made a few purchases of things that I should purchase more of. CD's. I have a real job now. Which means I should expand my music and literary collections. The three cd's I bought were the new
Afterglow - Live by Sarah McLachlan
2 of Butch Walkers CD's.
genius Loves Company by Ray Charles and various other artist

Afterglow - Live - It's good. What of Sarahs isn't though?? I mainly bought it for memories from this past summer. The concert, what I was doing in life at that time.. the girl I went with. Etc etc.

Butch Walker - This guy has a few songs that I really like. Mix Tape, If (Jeannie's Song) and some others. It's rather pop, but some of his lyrics make me smile

genius Loves Company - My new love for Ray started back in the summer. Him and Ella have become my two fav's. His compilation cd's full of duets is brilliant, and rather earth shattering for me. He did so much for the music industry. Breaking so many lines and genres.

Moby - Now I didn't purchase any new Moby. I actually don't really like his new stuff. I do like his old, before it became so main stream. I brought them out for work. Needing something that was on the softer side, but not classical/jazz.

Off the music topic -
Venturing back into the city tonight. I want to take the 1x1 with me and ride a bit after the L-word, but I think it would be stupid for me to be doing anything outside. Why you ask? I feel like butt.
