Spent most the night swapping over road parts to the new Lemond and putting the Casseroll back into single speed mode. Have correct brake levers on the way this week so the Casseroll won't be ghetto rigged anylonger with a cross lever for a front brake and a shifter for the rear brake. Thanks to Mel for hanging out and bringing me beer while I played mechanic all night long.
The Xtracycle and Lemond should both get finished up tonight if all goes well. Photos will be uploaded and maybe some videos once I convince someone to ride on the back of the Xtracycle this weekend.
Commutage was decent. Decided to take the second bus into work today. This bus is 18 minutes later than my normal 8 o'clock and takes much longer to get to work but allows me to eat my breakfast and doodle some in my journal. Sometimes I need downtime and sometimes it is forced downtime on the bus.
Nothing else exciting is happening in my life. I'm on a countdown to Halloween, either a lovely lady will be visiting that night or camping in the woods with friends. I perfer the first but wouldn't mind the second. What should I dress up in? The staple is a Pirate. "ARRrrrrrrrleigh"
