Green Tea Motivation

I've been drinking a good amount of Yogi Green Tea lately.   They have a few different variations which all taste great, but my favorite part are the words of wisdom found on the label of each tea bag.

Photos : The Last Cyclocross Race of the Season

Photos speak louder than words.  The course was fun but hurt..a lot.   I wasn't last so that was a nice way to end the season!

A Snoopy Video to Lead into the Weekend

Reverb10 : One Word

Media_httpfarm6static_gqsft
I've signed myself up for #Reverb10.
Reverb 10 is an annual event and online initiative to reflect on your year and manifest what’s next. The end of the year is an opportunity to reflect on what's happened, and to send out reverberations for the year ahead. With Reverb 10, we'll do both.   This December we invite you to share your story and join us in reflection.   Join at Reverb10.com
The first prompt: "Encapsulate the year 2010 in one word. Explain why you’re choosing that word. Now, imagine it’s one year from today, what would you like the word to be that captures 2011 for you? (Author: Gwen Bell)"

Thankful for Life this Thanksgiving

Media_httparsbarscomw_tanmc
As I sit down moments before Thanksgiving dinner at our house, which is for the first time ever, I wanted to write down a quick list of things I'm very thankful for this year.
  1. Life. As cheesy as this seems, after my bike accident back in October, I am very thankful to be here and healthy.
  2. Family.  Over the past year I have become closer to family and trying to sort out the details or drama.
  3. Friends. The true friends came to the surface back in October.  This is both offline and online.  The one's that wrote me encouraging emails, checked back in on me frequently and stopped by the house to say hi.
  4. Work. As I reflect on the past 6 months, I am very pleased with the move I made back into marketing.   Surrounded by greatness will only make you great.
  5. My Readers and Followers.  Either here on Arsbars.com, over at BikeShopGirl.com, on Twitter, or Facebook.   My connections have only become stronger and I am thankful for the support and friendships.
Thank you, each of you, for what you have added to my life.
