Daily bike commutes, runs to Dairy Queen and overall crappy eating. Enjoying stressing myself out by putting a lot on my small china plate at a time. Life is enjoyable right now and we are getting into my favorite time of the year.

Spinnage
My weekly ride with triathletes have made me realize the technique of my pedal stroke has become more of a hammer than a butterfly. Goal for this winter = bring back my cadence and grace.
Many bikes to fix in the morning. Making the 1×1 back to a mountain bike instead of a cruiser, fixing up the Casseroll with its rain shoes.
